Mawusi (Mawa) is an adult woman working as an expatriate research scientist & lecturer overseas. She returns to Houston, Texas for her high-school reunion dinner with classmates and friends. A lot has changed since high school and she’s excited yet anxious to meet her old mates again. Past lovers, peers, former friends and enemies all gather around a dinner table–either to bury the hatchet or resume old fights while catching up. Get acquainted with Mawa’s past and present, learning through her narrative about the relationships formed, lost and renewed throughout the years.
